Multifunctional Straw Crusher

The Multifunctional Straw Crusher is designed for crushing a wide range of agricultural materials, including corn, wheat, beans, sorghum, sweet potato, bean cake, dried corn stalks, bean stalks and wheat straw. It can also process dry straw, grass, stalks, small tree branches and wood chips into powder or smaller particles.

The machine uses a high-speed hammer crushing system with strong air suction to provide stable and efficient crushing performance. Different screens can be selected according to the required fineness of the finished material.

Working Process

Raw material enters the crushing chamber through the upper inlet. High-speed rotating hammers repeatedly impact the material, while friction against the sieve plate further reduces the particle size.

Once the required particle size is reached, the crushed material passes through the sieve holes and is transported by airflow to the collecting cylinder. The finished material is then discharged from the bottom for collection or bagging.

Mainly used for crushing materials such as forage, straw and thorns.

Uses specially processed hammers designed for good durability, long service life and efficient crushing.

03 – Air Conveying

The crushed finished material can be transported by airflow over a certain distance to the next processing stage or equipment.

04 – Balanced Rotor

The rotor undergoes high-precision dynamic balancing to support stable machine operation.

Product Features

1. Production capacity ranges from approximately 200–2,000 kg/h, covering different production requirements.
2. The hammer is designed with two impact surfaces, allowing the alternative surface to be used when one side becomes worn.
3. Coarse and fine grinding can be achieved by adjusting the clearance between the hammer and screen.
4. Different screen sizes and variable-speed control allow the same crusher to process different raw materials.
5. A blower system collects the crushed material and transports it directly to the next processing stage.
